This paper seeks to analyze the influence of leadership, talent management and work motivation on employee turnover intention in PT. Srirejeki Makmur Abadi. is a quantitative descriptive research design using survey method via questionnaire. The population consist Sri Rejeki Abadi employees sample collection was obtained by random sampling method. study used questionnaire with type instrument for data based Likert scale, namely scale that uses 5 respondents' answer choices. Processing primary acquired from participants employing SEM (Structural Equation Models). results analysis show Talent has positive insignificant effect intention. Leadership negative management.
